COVID-19 Community Response: Enjoy An Easy Guide To Local Direct-to-Consumer Opportunities
In response to the novel COVID-19 pandemic, Transition Sarasota and UF/IFAS Extension Sarasota County are teaming up to provide our local community with an easy guide to direct-to-consumer opportunities available from area farms.
As we navigate the uncertainty and disruption of the pandemic, it is critical that we as a community celebrate our local producers by supporting their work and helping them get the word out about available products and services. Together, we will continue to work hard and stay connected with our local food economy, while remaining hopeful and resilient.
Furthermore, join our mailing list to stay informed on how you can participate in our volunteer gleaning opportunities. Farms that wish to join our local producers guide, please don’t hesitate to contact us today!
