Tour and rum tasting at Siesta Key Rum (of Drum Circle Distilling), Florida's oldest craft distillery.  Arrive at 2:45pm to join the tasting first! Tour starts at 3pm.

The tour (beginning at 3pm) will include approximately 20 minutes of a short history of the company, an overview of some of the big awards that our small company has won, and an explanation of what makes our rums taste so good. After that we will explain the rum making process from mashing to fermentation to distillation. This will be followed with a discussion of barrel aging. The tour will make a final stop in the packaging room to see how Siesta Key rum is put into bottles.
