Join us at The Bazaar on Apricot & Lime for a "cooking with scraps" demo and tasting with local chef Alyson Zildjoan of Zildjian Catering. Learn creative ways to prevent food waste and create something delicious! Then on to a composting lesson with Sunshine Community Compost. Bring your food scraps to the event!  

After, explore the bazaar and artist's workshop and maybe grab lunch at the Hamlet's Eatery food truck on site. A fun way to spend your morning and support several local businesses, too!

Please note that due to limited capacity for Eat Local Week events, tickets are nonrefundable.
